Nurturing Local Leaders for Lasting Change
At PRADO, we believe that strong, informed leadership is the foundation of sustainable development. Our Leadership & Training program is dedicated to empowering individuals—especially youth, women, educators, and NGO workers—to become proactive agents of change in their communities. Through targeted training sessions, capacity-building workshops, and leadership academies, we equip people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to lead with impact. Whether it's a young person learning advocacy, a woman stepping into a community leadership role, or a teacher inspiring the next generation—our program is designed to uplift and empower.

Rural Youth Leadership Academy
We equip rural youth with the tools to lead—offering training in advocacy, entrepreneurship, and community development. This academy fosters a generation of confident, capable young leaders ready to shape their own futures.
Women in Leadership Bootcamp
Designed to break barriers, this program empowers women with the skills and confidence to take on leadership roles in their communities and local governance. It's more than training—it's a movement for gender equity.
NGO Workers Capacity Building
We strengthen the impact of grassroots NGOs by training their staff in project management, communication, and field operations. Our support helps local organizations deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
Civic Engagement Workshop Series
PRADO educates youth on voting rights, civic participation, and democratic governance. These workshops ignite active citizenship and foster a deeper understanding of social responsibility.
Teacher Empowerment Training
We empower rural educators by enhancing their leadership, classroom management, and communication skills. Inspired teachers become community leaders who uplift future generations.
When individuals are empowered to lead, entire communities move forward. At PRADO, we are committed to nurturing leadership that is inclusive, ethical, and impactful.
